Chex Consulting was started in Annapolis, Maryland by a father and son team of restaurant owner/operators.

 

The idea was sparked by the struggle of getting information from the corporate office of their franchise restaurant.

 

As they began to learn about other franchises and single unit restaurants. They knew they could help thousands of restaurant owners and operators.

 

Chex Consulting creates and implements dozens of systems for their restaurants to use in order be more efficient. They help measure and analyze data for many restaurants.

 

After all, you can only manage what you can measure and if you can measure it then you can improve it.
